They were so effortlessly romanticizing life and wellness...while also being intentional with high standards.
It broke my diet-obsessed brain in the best way possible.
Since then, I’ve gone in my own journey of reclaiming my own joy AND boundaries with food, exercise, my body, (and my life)—even while intentionally losing 30+ lbs.
I’ve been the yo-yo, fad dieting girl (who gained & lost the same 25 lbs for 9 years).
I’ve been the hardcore fitness girl while doing Crossfit for 5 years.
I’ve been the one who lived for productivity, external results, and hard work (only for my health to plummet).
Every single time, the solution was to return to my intuition, joy, pleasure, and the art of living in moderation.
Because here’s the truth the diet, fitness, and even health industries don’t want you to know:
Being fit, healthy, and well FOREVER isn’t about numbers, data, and rules. It’s about your relationship with it.
It’s about how you’re BEING on a daily basis.

It’s about your enchantment with life itself. Romanticizing your wellness✨

Hitting your macros, step count, or eating super “clean” doesn’t mean anything if you’re a shell of a human along the way.

I eventually gave up the obsession with food, dieting, exercise, and my body, and finally experienced peace with all of it by my mid-20s. And…I thought my work was done (as you do at that age).
At 30 years old, I found myself at rock-bottom with a health crisis that was triggered by chronic stress, leading to a chronically dysregulated nervous system.
Insomnia, painful bloating, massive blood sugar swings, brain fog, a Hashimoto’s (autoimmune) diagnosis, inability to walk longer than 20 mins without being wiped—all leading to me gaining 25 lbs in 6 months.
As painful as it was, this was the wakeup call I needed.
I was completely blind to my martyrdom complex, obsession with productivity, and the need to prove myself as the “hardest worker.” Everything was about the end result, striving, and checking things off my to-do list, and my very soul suffered as a result (not to mention my mental and physical health).
MY LIFE WAS STALE. It had become soul-sucking. That included food, fitness, and "health."
When I decided I was DONE with that painful (yet celebrated) way of life, I was a bit lost. Who was I without my badges of suffering? Who was I if I wasn’t doing everything for everyone else? Who was I if I didn’t have a big, new goal I was striving towards? I didn’t know, but I felt the pull…
I was pulled towards the memory of the Italian women I watched with utter awe in Italy at 21 years old. They’re allure, presence, romantic relationship with food, and utter joy in the small parts of life.
I was entranced by women online who were anything BUT obsessed with productivity and fitness. Instead, they were relishing slow & seasonal meals, time in nature, creativity, presence, and romanticizing the mundane. They weren’t driven by outputs or data—they were driven by fully experiencing each moment.
I’ve since reclaimed my vitality, joy, presence, and SPARK in every area of my life.
(to be clear, this is still a practice, as I’m sure it always will be with society’s opposing values).
I’ve since lost 30 lbs in a relaxed, soft-life way, I deeply understand my body on a completely new level (including my nervous system), pleasure is a daily experience, and I enjoy the small, magical moments of each day.
I combine practical tools & strategies with nutrition, exercise science, and health with nervous system regulation and romanticizing daily life. This is the essence of the the art of moderation, and I’m so excited to show you how to embody it.
