Real talk - keeping weight off is challenging for most women because they aren't willing to learn how their bodies really work with food and exercise. Without this fundamental knowledge, you'll always be a confused victim. Further, it's important to understand that some sacrifices will need to be made, but they're NOTHING like fad diet tactics. These changes are subtle, but they're important if you want long-term results.

How quickly do I have to complete the modules?

You’ll have access to all modules upon purchase, so you can move through them at your own pace. You'll need to watch the first four modules to gain a solid understanding of your individualized approach.

Will I get support?

Hi! I'm Jessie

I struggled with endless dieting, constant overeating, restriction, over-exercising, abusing my body, and terrible body image for nearly a decade. 

I eventually threw my hands up in the air and shifted my focus to healing my relationship with food from the inside out – a life-changing decision I wish for every woman who struggles with their relationship with food.

Once I healed my “food stuff,” and after years of not trying to change my body, a strange thing happened. I began to develop a serious interest in the science behind sustainable weight loss, and the idea didn’t trigger me in the slightest! 

The idea of attaining a leaner physique was exciting, but it didn’t come with the same sense of desperation as it had in the past. Far from it! It came with a sense of humor and healthy detachment.

After nearly a decade following complete misinformation and extreme approaches, finding the “right” way fascinated me. I became a sponge, completed my Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification in 2017, and learned the keys to long-lasting behavior change through coaching hundreds of women.


Through my journey, I have developed a passion for bringing the tools, insights, and evidence-based information I've learned to others, and I’m excited to show women that it doesn’t have to be black & white. 

I want women to know that many can have aesthetic goals, maintain the results, and sustain a beautiful relationship with food.
