Finding peace & confidence with food starts with you

In 2011, after 9 years of being at war with food and my body, I decided to give another way of eating a go. 


Instead of fighting and forcing, I would let my body would be my guide, and I would make every decision with her needs in mind. I had finally cracked the code on my food obsession…or so I thought.


It turns out that creating long-lasting shifts with food required more than just vowing to follow hunger and fullness cues. Until I changed on the INSIDE, no changes would ever stick on the outside.


My chronic overeating, fear of certain foods, and obsession with controlling food and my body came back in full force within a couple months. But I was determined to find another way. It would take me 2 years (I didn't have any help!), but I did get clear on the real-deal, long-term solution: 


Real food freedom requires you, first and foremost, to understand how YOU relate to food – mastering your mindset, tapping into your own body wisdom, and developing your relationship with self.

Hi, I'm Jessie!

...former obsessor over all things food and body.

I struggled with endless dieting, bingeing, restriction, over-exercising, abusing my body, and terrible body image for nearly a decade. It wasn't until I threw my hands up in the air and started to shift my relationship with food - from the inside out - that I finally experienced the freedom I so desperately craved.

Food, fitness, and my body are now means to an end, living a beautiful life, rather than the focus of my entire life. I eat healthy foods and move my body consistently without having to force it one bit. Praise be!

Through my own journey, I have developed a passion for bringing the tools and insights I've learned to others with the goal of being the resource I wish I had access to for almost a decade.

I graduated from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in 2016 as a Mind, Body, Nutrition Coach, completed the Level 1 nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition in 2017, and the Menno Henselmans Personal Trainer Course Certification in 2022.
